Qual è la differenza tra un campione e un formato standard?

Un campione (decantato) è una quantità ridotta di profumo (di solito 2-10 ml), perfetta per provare una fragranza per la prima volta. Il formato standard è il flacone originale prodotto dal produttore. Entrambi contengono esattamente la stessa fragranza e la stessa qualità: i campioni sono l’ideale se vuoi provare un profumo prima di investire in un flacone intero!

Quanto dura un flacone da 100 ml di profumo?

Un flacone da 100 ml contiene circa 1200-1500 spruzzi. Con un uso medio (2-3 spruzzi al giorno), dura da 1,5 a 2 anni! Questo rende il profumo molto conveniente per ogni utilizzo. Per le occasioni speciali, ovviamente, dura ancora più a lungo.

Quando viene spedito il mio ordine?

Gli ordini vengono elaborati entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi e spediti con PostNL o DHL. Riceverai sempre un codice di tracciamento. I tempi di consegna per paese sono indicati nella nostra politica di spedizione.

Posso restituire il mio profumo se non sono soddisfatto?

Data la natura igienica dei profumi, purtroppo non possiamo accettare resi di prodotti aperti. Ecco perché consigliamo sempre di provare prima un campione prima di ordinare un flacone full size. In questo modo sarai sicuro che la fragranza sia adatta a te! I prodotti non aperti possono essere restituiti entro 14 giorni.

Come devo conservare il mio profumo per garantirne la massima durata?

Conserva il tuo profumo in un luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo dalla luce solare diretta. Evita il bagno a causa dell’umidità e degli sbalzi di temperatura. Se conservato correttamente, il profumo si mantiene facilmente per 3-5 anni, spesso anche più a lungo. Tieni sempre il tappo ben chiuso per prevenire l’ossidazione.
